- Organize the office files and label them so you don’t lose track of where are things
- Plan your new office location – where you will place everything
- The worse thing you can do is end up with boxes to review to figure out where to place
- Charge all electronics as possible before unplugging
- Book loading docks and elevators early on
- Have limited employee attendance on the day of the move
