  • Organize the office files and label them so you don’t lose track of where are things
  • Plan your new office location – where you will place everything
  • The worse thing you can do is end up with boxes to review to figure out where to place
  • Charge all electronics as possible before unplugging
  • Book loading docks and elevators early on
  • Have limited employee attendance on the day of the move
